- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado diced
- 0.5 red onion finely chopped
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine black beans, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
Drizzle with lime juice and toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
