  • 8 pieces corn tostadas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  2. 2. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Shred the cooked chicken and set aside.
  4. 4. Assemble tostadas: layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded chicken, and cheese on each tostada.
