Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup Carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from wok and set aside.
2. In the same wok, add remaining olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Return chicken to the wok. Add honey and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
5. Add cornstarch mixture to the wok. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
