Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, orange zest, and honey.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round loaf. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Using a sharp knife, cut an 'X' on the top of the loaf.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
